Jerry Goldsmith had a brilliant avant-garde ambient works in continuum, cementing the new meaning of the words "real freakin' scary" for Alien Soundtrack (1979) with National Philharmonic Orchestra which creating one of the most creepy but remarkable music score and sounds for one of the scariest sci-fi movie of all time. The story begins with the commercial cargo spaceship Nostromo receiving an S.O.S signal from deep space area - somewhere on the edge of the universe which turn on to be fake alarm and man-trap. As Ellen Ripley and other crew members trying to escape and fight to survive against the horrible slimey and ferocious reptile mixed humanoid-like killer creatures stalks from the dark corners as well as all the audience might finding themselves also trapped inside the serious fucked up situation too - with brain chunks and blood's splatters everywhere combined with several terrible deaths of the crew one by one, who might presume to be survived as thus space monsters-reborn; killing people for pleasure ?

The soundtrack music score shall carrying your fear everywhere from the Hyper Sleep (mode) to The Terrain of Alien Planet; from the discover of Unknown Species and Eggs to the horrific moments of Face Hugger and the Droid.
It is terrifying and scary enough to put you into multiple nightmares for a lifetime ...
