Witchwood Magician (Rise Above Records 2013)

When Summer's here again this album might be one of the best choice for a very delighted and good companion to celebrates the highest point of Sun God.
Led by the mysterious Alia O'Brien with her loyal compatriots from Ontario, Canada - singing about the mystic of the season's mystical force and powerful spirits of the secret key of the past and the next life. The magnificent combination of Doom and Folk rock with a sweet taste of traditional Celtic music including violins and flute.
You can capture the eerie atmosphere mixed with supernatural chilling walls of soft sound under the Moonlight glowing beam and the legacy of Black Sabbath on Blood Ceremony's record completed by the trademarks of long distinctive solos which can really be hypnotizing to some.
Even Tony Iommi and Ozzy himself would be so darn proud listening to The Eldritch Dark, Ballad of the weird sisters or Drawing down the Moon; in which had been tremendously well-written here.

Beltaine Blessings for ALL ...
