Coming from Great Yarmouth - somewhere in UK, the sonic fuzz Altern-rock band Catherine Wheel finally making their name bigger with the release of the third album Happy Days consisting of sixteen rocking out tunes for hard music lovers whose try to finding freshly new sounds from Britain. Rob Dickinson's tortured voice enlists the courage behind thus grungy riffs while his face looks a bit scarier in gnarl with Brian Futter's buzzing licks and double good pump up beat job done by bassist Dave Hawes and percussionist Neil Sims creating the bound between heavy sound and melancholic tracks that gave this album a breakthrough plus point on the eyes of their fans. Bloody sarcasm lyrics on Waydown, Eat my dust you insensitive fuck or Kill my soul to the slower modern bluesy of Fizzy Love and the bitter sweet - Judy Staring at the sun (feat. Tanya Donelly).
Just like you being trap inside the box for too darn long, just like sudden sickness and ill-fated for Happier Years to come !
