Whether you're stranded somewhere on a remote Hellish bar in Toledo, Ohio or just getting yourself lost in the middle of nowhere just make sure that you bring this Stoner recording from Five Horse Johnson not for a stupid lucky charms but for a good protection like that good book that your momma used to carry everywhere she goes. These (actually real) five piece Stoner band did a very neat job on their album - The No. 6 Dance which delivering the very boistures type mixing of the best parting power chords and Southern heavy riffs that can be found on Molly Hatchet, The Allman Brothers and Lemmy spirit in one bowl of medicine (or) on the other case - several glasses of good whiskey. Gods of Demolition or Spillin' Fire are riffing hard and high on the hot-rod of changing lanes through tighter melodies and cranked up bust of licks creating one of the greatest new genre sounds of the awakening proud of the Mighty South Music scene. One would drinking too much and get drunk while the others shall testing their guts on a brawling fight whilst some just do the gambling with their money, dicks or souls.
Five Horse Johnson band just being there to entertaining everyone to have their great times hearing awesome geared music to waking up back another day, yeee-haw !!!
