A retrospective recording with too much stories whispering the present new days, the magic waxing period of the moon to the separation of good friendships between friends by ages only to mesmerizing the good quality of progressive rock music which had been playing by Camel for about 30 years since they’re established themselves as a band.
The beginning and the end are certain but for Andrew Latimer, there shall be no more terrifying events to come except the retirement from music and for that this band has once again showing it to us that they’re still alive and well and keep on writing songs.
The smooth symphonies of elegant flutes and the clarity of acoustic approaches of guitars and piano through Simple Pleasure or A Boy’s Life or The Miller’s Tale gladly proving that the group might still be around to guide us to tranquility with their soft music of the loving kindness within thus lullaby vocals for A Nod and A Wink album brings you afar through endless crescent nights and quiet sand dunes …
