The Smiler (Southern Lord / Rise Above Records 2002)

When semi-legendary Doom Metal superstars decided to joining force in a one mystic Superb Group with more explorations and experimental on creating an imperfect distinctive sounds; we have on board - Stephen O'Malley of Khanate/Burning Witch unites with Lee Dorian of Cathedral metal fame withGreg Anderson on bass, organ as well as drummer Justin Greaves (Iron Monkey, Electric Wizard) which resulted Teeth of Lions Rule The Divine.
You can calling this project a band but don't get too attached to them because everything can changed as this might be just temporarely in use for now. Breath-taking roaming angst of both distortion and fuzz being slammed by Flanger effects that to be honest could deafning anyone (too closer to listen) in minutes or two as thus deranged grooving of a healer majestic crushing drums destroying the tents and buildings surround shaken by Rampton, the album.
A Total experimentalist with super-rockers with ability of multi-instrumentalist mixing Sludge Metal and Doomy Death Rock almost capturing the perfect faithless void ways of beliefs within full length track title like He Who Accepts All That Is Offered (Feel Bad Hit Of The Winter) which existing almost 30 minutes long in drone-tranced mode shall live forever as Lord of This Earth.

Hail & Salute !!!
