It seems to be funny hearing the second album effort from NY semi-legendary Post-hardcore or Indie Metal group Into Another's Ignaurus where the main sounds are definitely Rock and Metal but the other spices added such as Jazzy Pop, Funk beats and Latin or Rn'B flavour seems to be on their menu also. With Richie Birkenhead (ex-Youth of Today), former Bold drummer Drew Thomas to guitarist Peter Moses and Tony Bono (formely of Whiplash) hadling the bass guitar departments; this Ignaurus album is really a weird cake to eat by some of the hungry Rock music lovers at that time of release cause not only different from most of the New York metal bands around them - this group also really had creatively making their pioneering way to invented the new sounds of Big Apple Independent Rock Scene in the process. Just try to learn and listen to those slower, melodieous and emotioned empowered artistic skillful tracks on the record from Poison Fingers, Ungodly or Two Snowflakes to William, the sensitive sound of new Metal tinged shows us that Rock is finally going to sell its tail to entering the newer border of sub-genre which later can be called Emo-Rock by the insensitive bastard media ...
Enjoy the Independence !
