The dwarving minimalist and
simplier supergroup trio made in as a self-project band playing their
Experimental Rock limitless and unbound right from New York City named Battles;
established by former Don Caballero’s guitarist/keyboardist Ian Williams,
bassist/guitarist of Lynx Dave Konopko and powerful drummer from the
respectable Trashcore band Helmet – John Stanier. Doing their strongly weird
experimental music which combining the essential Math Rock, Post Punk,
Progressive Grooves and Electrock on Mirrored that also contains Tyondai
Braxton (guitar, keyboards, vocals) making these quartet becoming more solid to
ruining everyone’s expectations about their music. So many noises in variety
making their appearances on this wicked recording, the fantastic arrangements
and performance not to be mentioned the cool saga of higher power and
educational Pump-Up Rock roots within the experiments among Atlas, Ddiamondd,
Prisism, Snare Hangar and Rainbow which eventually sounded sloppy, confusing
and too darn simple but this is why you cannot forcing your opinion on them
cause Mirrored already would reflecting the self-sinned shadows of the
listeners through this great first record.
Once a feedback destroyer or Heavy
Music that annoying people has turned into a meaningful noise made by Battles.
