Stella Ruth Glumslov (Coroner Records 2012)

Helsingborg, Sweden the present day: any bigger and loyal fans of Heavy Metal or Extreme Metal really would be so damn surprised for knowing that Soilwork’s duo Bjorn Strid and David Andersson had this sick brilliant ideas to forming a supergroup Progressive Classic Rock band as their solo project turns from temporary to semi-permanent after them being joined by Arch Enemy’s bassist Sharlee D’Angelo, Richard Larsson, Jonas Kallsback to Sebastian Forslund (Kadwantha) as this full band living their new identity as The Night Flight Orchestra finally releasing the debut record filled with Classic Rock and AOR (!) tracks surrounding you in such trembling fun and smiley feelings to rocking out your boring day in start ups. Internal Affairs should be a correct choice for fitting title on this one because some might having thought of this collaboration at first to be just another Extreme Metal session of ear-bleeding show but failed as the band truly taken their different ways to rock the house down with AOR and Classic Rock sounds this time. Everyone will definitely falling in love with California Morning, Glowing City Madness, Siberian Queen to Translantic Blues which all are commanding in powerful Poppish anthemic between melodies skilled performance and harmonic vocals gladly putting your sweet dreams in the right box or shelf in the Classic Rock of non-Metal temple edition.
