Whimsical Room Shelf (Outpost / Geffen 1997)
The Post-Grunge quartet from Charlestown, Indiana which sounded similar to the lighter version of Alice in Chains meet Modern Rock sounds might enjoying their good weathering moments starting with the releasing of the debut "yellow" slef-titled album in the late last months of ninety six or the early of ninety seven which carrying the distinctive rock style mixing between Layney Staley and Southern Rock cross-breed that sounded very cool and straight, ready to rocking you out. Days of The New consisting of lead vocalist Travis Meeks whom also playing rhythm guitar, Todd Whitener on lead guitars, bassist Jesse Vest and Matt Taul the drummer; breaking dawns and silent whispers of the sandy dust flows, carried by the northern wind to the fields and green natural paints far away within their crunching rock standard performance on this self-titled record along the faithful tracks of glory and hard fight for surviving on Solitude, The Down Town, Touch, Peel And Stand, What's Left For Me ? and Face Of The Earth. The reality might be too painful to dealing with but either you die trying or die as cowards - that's the only choice !
