Black Amplifier (FFWD Records 2007)

Baptizing their own band’s name based of the coincidence moment when trying to find the meaningless meaning on things on an internet browser or just a different way to give an anonym a better interpretation; The Super Insurgent Group Of Intemperance Talent or The S.I.G.I.T might being acclaims as an Indonesian Indie Rock answer to Aussie’s Wolfmother but truly, this new band have made their own sound heard louder and isn’t just because they’re copying the mixing of Zeppelin, The Stone Roses or any Grungy acts before them; this band really can play and their music sounded like a struggling group for making themselves better and better through intensive practice and live shows. The quartet of these shabby rockers from Bandung might sending their messages in English quite modern in taste, the debutant Rock N’ Roll record entitled Visible Idea of Perfection seems to look promising to promote and with the non-commercial Hard rocking plus slower tunes of tracks like No Hook, Live in New York, Clove Doper and Satan State combining with Garage meets super-blast Heavy rock to make a portable portal eruption of high energy solid rock with artistic taste really can be captured on this. One will definitely feeling like they’re being riding out to the wilderness and painting every single experience on canvas while listening to this power noisy rock acts just like a different version of The Strokes in a fast car.
