The breaking up of their previous band had turn these Canadian Hard Rockers to established another group Alias by the name featuring members like lead vocalist Freddy Curci, Steve DeMArchi and Roger Fisher on guitars department, drummer Mark DeRosier to bassist Steve Fossen debuting their new band with the infamous self-titled album Alias; leading their good combination between Heavy Metal and Soft Rock arena to becoming the prolong of an era for long-haired musicians with a touch of glamour Pop in between the commercial success and bigger fanbase built well.
Alias really isn't one of those names which really really having much fame on this Rock Music decade but at least, they're successfully put some of their good classic hit on the Rock-chart list like the band's radio famous single for everlasting - More Than Words Can Say or other great licks upon tracks like Say What I Wanna Say, Haunted Heart, What To Do, The Power, Heroes or Waiting for Love which celebrates the essential Pop-Rock reign at all costs - that decade. One might loved to listening to this debut album which filled with good melodic AOR and high energy expressions that lifting the sub-genre name of Pop Metal to the top as one of the leading money machine for the recording industry during the nineties era.
