For the big
loyal fans of the Irish Rock legend band U2 the name of Gavin Friday seems to
be personalized as another iconic or fifth members of the band itself cause
this producer, song-writer and musician with clearly
tons of talents and better ideas in the
mixing of recording and conceptual arts; trying to release his own prosthetic
album with the teaming up co-workers here on Adam N’ Eve album like Maurice
Seezer to the producer Flood just like what they’ve always did on Bono Fox and
co. successful recordings. With Gavin Friday done the vocals and backing vocals
with Maurice Seezer doing the keyboards, strings, acoustic guitars, hammond,
piano, electric guitars and synthesizers as well as Eric Sanko on double bass,
Maria McKee supporting with her female vocals and more names of additional
musicians working the album which combining its rooty music influences from the
collective medieval or classic Baroque Pop to New Wave and Modern Rock spawning
these songs Falling off the edge of The World, King of Trash, Saint Divine and
Eden or Wind and Rain; truly artistic and a bit darker than the usual U2
productions with the symbolized signification of a knowledge tree that abused
for centuries and blaming for the original sin of mankind via the threesome
objects of a couple and a snake story.
