Consisting of vocalist Eddie Argos, jasper Future the guitarist, bassist Freddy Feedback, drummer Mikey Breyer and lead guiatrist Ian Catskilskin are the unit of this Berlin-based of both English and germany joint forces forming the Indie Rock acts - Art Brut; sounded like the collaborations between Johnny Rotten, The Stone Roses or The Pop-driven Punkish version of Peter and The Test Tube Babies giving their crumpy old classic and modern version of the new meaning onto the sub-genre scene outside UK but keeping their format and accents the same which is not vary different from the most of the originals with a little bit cold German beer's taste perhaps. The Brit-Pop Indie touch on the band's debut record - Bang Bang Rock & Roll would become clearly sounded peachy, not sweety and definitely naughty through their lyrics or the nuisance figures build to lasted longer of the group's efforts to showing the media that their music is spontaneous and artful in meaningless mean comments about the society or social issues or just plain daily habits surrounding them. One should noticing that Art Brut will leaving the listeners wondering about who the band's really are or maybe, didn't care at all but at least, the music like My Little Brother, the opening track Formed A Band, Rusted Guns of Milan and Emily Kane or Modern Art shall leave you a nice licks to dig more about their music.
