NaNNOUfx La Rue (Bandcamp 2016)

Funky yummy and strange as unusual music of Post-Punk Garage meets its infamous compatriot like the 80’s Pop or New Wave as the vocals of the duo women members for The Veees (group): Anne (vocals, bass, song writing, percussion) and Lou Cato aka Lou Lou the drummer got their influences coming from the big likes over Michael Jackson, Prince, Sonic Youth to Miles Davis and several other French-connection musicians and one would know that this band really releasing their “half-drunk sounds” through a recording of the self-titled with the same name – The Veees.

What’s that actually means – nobody knows but maybe there are things related to the private spot of female genital or gigantic amis for victorious even without too much large selling music but at least, these girls got what they’ve dreaming of since a little before. Singing in contrast and telling sarcastic humor of contradictions and daily public reactions on thus songs of being sounded closer to be not calling it wise and more drunken session above artistic for pretending they’re not – MenU, Dot Dot Dot, SOS, On The Road, Chat with a Flirty Birdie, Alfie or more ErotiQ of Don’t Touch maybe would giving their listeners a kind of leasing moment that the ears didn’t belongs to yours anymore; The Veees owned the room and the stereo and all thus moments you decided to playing them several minutes ago …
