Young And Aspiring (Solid State Records 2004)
The unfortunated changing on the frontman department on Underoath; from Dallas taylor to Spencer Chamberlain could be a turning point for this Tampa, Florida Metalcore band as they releasing the fourth record which practically talked about salvation through their Christianity views. They're Only Chasing Safety to be honest is a re-marking of creativity towards Underoath's position on the Screamo-Metal scene in US soil. Labeled as a Christian Metal band would either giving them more attention from the fans with conservative thoughts but also announced this band to get more critics right from the more atheist's community who hates this kind of music type. But anyway, Aaron Gillespie, Timothy McTague, Grant Brandell, James Smith and Christopher Dudley seem to ignoring thus obstacles and stick with their main purposes for saving people through their hard music rather than just shallowed ideas for converting people with different views and faith. Coming down professionally and arming themselves with courage and skills for creating the powerful music which combining Emo, Metal, Modern rock and Southern grooves; The Impact of Reason, It's a dangerous business walking out your front door, I'm content with losing or Reinventing your escape should make people think about how life's already deprived and scaling the blessings for being thankful from everything which you've already got now is not a crime. Feel free to listening to this record and decided your own exit door through problems not drowning in your sleep but facing it.
No more running or hiding ...
