Hell Desperate Raisers (EMI-Manhattan Records 1988)

A debut album of then, a legendary all-female Hardrock band in US history after The Runaways; Jan Kuehnemund (lead and rhythm guitars, backing vocals), Share Pedersen (bass, backing vocals), Roxy Petrucci (drums and backing vocals) and the lead singer Janet Gardner (rhythm guitar) just about to giving lady rockers a next level with their self-titled release. Mixing the liking of heavy metal and Pop rock into a crashing rock-rebel through-out boundaries for them and the rest of the girl's world, Vixen really put themselves on the frontline of being one of the best acts around since that time. Within the stronger image of girl biker as their front cover and neglected prounding tracks for hailing heavyglamour rock on which every personel already had something to be proud of by playing their best to the music that they loved forever.
You would easily fallen in love with the first single Edge of a Broken Heart (co-written by Richard Marx) or I want you to rock me. Perhaps, might not preparing for more ballads from these beautiful lady rockers such as Cryin', Love made me and the groovy kind of tunes - Waiting.

Awesome record you don't wanna miss ! ...
