Even when you didn't believe that Toby Mac might really have his Jamaican bloodline still his music would be ridiculous at first try but one will find out that this Christian/Raggamovin' rocker, singer, song-writer and composer is very talented. Through Welcome to Diverse City; Toby trying to reach far out to more audiences with his various musical techniques which actually didn't intended to competing any Cross-Over musicians like Kid Rock or Eminem or such. Ain't just a secular record eventhough you can mentioning sound influences from Reggae, Rock Steady, Old School, Hip Hop or even Rock Bottom to Rappin' - for songs like The Slam, Trudog: The Return, III-M-I, Phenomenon, Gotta Go, Here or Atmosphere. This guy really knows how to be "a good chameleon" for sharing wisdoms and thoughts.
