Damn So Pretty (Columbia Records 1988)

The awesome debut album from one of the Hollywood’s Glam Metal/Hair Rock bands of all-time Warrant consisting of drummer Steven Sweet, bassist Jerry Dixon, two acrobatic-mastering six strings heroes Joey Allen and Erik Turner and lead vocalist and acoustic guitar charismatic frontman Jani Lane recording their first studio album Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich (D.R.F.S.R) that easily dumping lots of Hair Metal loads onto your mouth with the background story about thus greedy fat businessmen ruling the damn world back in the Heavy Metal glory days fought by the rebellious rock-heads as an endless fist-fights cover stories on tabloids just like the cold war or the cultures of invention on the early nineties era. The great combination of soften Pop Metal with Hard Rock sounds as well as the glamour touches in a little bit of make-up and hair-sprayed long hair were the infamous secret weapon in common that time and Warrant has no exception for this.
All the tracks on this album written by the leader of the band Jani Lane showing his ability for not only singing but also managed the band and turning his group faster to reaching the top of the pop culture’s music charts with most of the famous rocking or romantic ballad songs from Down Boys, Big Talk, 32 Pennies to Sometimes She Cries and their forever radio hits also made legendary by MTV – Heaven.
With Beau Hill on keyboards and producer – this album truly becoming the manna magic raining down from Hair Metal paradise on seventh sky for everyone  loving it !
