Desert Warriors God Says (Steelborn Records 2002)

Symphonic Metal presentation that people have been waiting for is absurd but this Rome, Italy’s five-piece band Kaledon born to the Heavy Metal realm and bring their debutant album – Legend of The Forgotten Reign Chapter I: The Destruction; rampaging the atmospheric foggy air with their shocking blasts via powerful and rocking heavy conceptual tracks of progressive and fast including Army of The Undead King to Thunder in The Sky or Hero of The Land to Spirit of The Dragon wrapped in one of the best high range vocals by Claudio Conti and backed up by the rest band members from twin cities master guitarist players: Alex Mele (founder) and Tommy Nemesio and bassist Paolo Malleus, drummer David Folchitto with their keyboardist Daniele Fuligni. Already played with Ronnie James Dio or working for Manowar’s tribute with some other bands; Kaledon might becoming one of the leading figure towards The Italian Metal music scene nowadays. Combining the Folkish acoustics with Heavy Metal Speed, Kaledon must be granted themselves for having many followers as they’re not really trying to just plainly copying Dream Theater or King Crimson’s but commercially bursts their flaming sounds and the middle-earth’s Elves stories via this first album as you can proving it yourself by cranking up the record and let yourself fell into the dungeon and dragon’s storytellers found inside tracks with highly artistic pure concept on Streets of The Kingdom or The Jackal’s Fall.

Feel the whiplash beats and the symphonic of Metal whips you up !
